18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

PublicFans (the Platform) is operated by PublicFans Ltd. (the Operator), a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Seychelles. The Operator is established outside the United States and takes the position that it is not a producer subject to 18 U.S.C. § 2257. Even so, the Operator voluntarily adheres to equivalent age-verification and record-keeping standards, set out below.

Age verification

All persons depicted in content on the Platform were at least 18 years of age at the time the content was produced. Every creator profile is verified against a government-issued identity document and an executed consent and model release before any content is published.

Records

Age and consent records are maintained offline by the Custodian of Records in the Operator's jurisdiction. These records are not uploaded to, or exposed through, the Platform. The system enforces that no profile may publish content unless its identity verification is complete and a consent record reference is on file.

Enforcement

A profile that fails verification, or whose records are later withdrawn, is prevented from publishing, and its existing content is removed from public view. The Operator may remove any content or profile at its sole discretion where these standards are not met.
